Sanitary Pad Kit - S bin

Wastebaskets in public bathroom stalls have been disappeared in South Korea since January 1, 2018. Since then, sanitary bins have been installed for women to dispose of used feminine hygiene products. While the decision has met with online support, some still have old habits by attempting to trash toilet paper and other things into the sanitary bins. S – Bin has been designed to help improve public bathroom culture in Korea.
'S’ stands for three design attributes of the S-bin.
They are 1) Soft edges, 2) Small push door lid, and 3) Slim and elongated shape, which make S-bin unique and different from other feminine anitary bins available to the public in Korea.
The key design concept of S-Bin is the 'round-push door lid'.
Unlike what is readily available in the market, this round push door lid is designed to change
and improve public's bathroom havior by making the size of the inlet small enough to limit and control what goes in and what not.
The slim and elongated shape of S-Bin is of service to any sized space of toilet booth.
Also, the front door has been designed to be opened 35 degrees with one click. This provides for easy cleaning management.
S-Bin also paid attention to the material finishes by making the top surface glossy and the rest in a matte finish.
The glossy finishing prevents from getting dirt or residue and also helps easy clean-off.

It's important to promote the use of public toilets in a hygienic and respectful way to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all users.
S-bin promotes a cleaner public toilet culture by encouraging users to adopt better habits through small changes to the slot, resulting in improved hygiene and cleanliness.
When compared to other sanitary pad kits, S-bin provides a more hygienic and convenient solution for disposing of used pads.
Its odor-sealing design and hands-free operation make it a cleaner and more user-friendly option for public washrooms and other shared spaces.
