Scroll Fit Mask

After COVID-19, awareness of masks is not an option but a necessity worldwide. Even after the COVID-19 situation is over, the mask will be continuously used in various situations due to fine dust and air pollution. We considered a more hygienic and convenient way to carry masks that are frequently lost and dirty in daily life, and proposed a new way for hygiene and portability by using small modules in disposable masks. The small module serves to connect the mask and the face while complementing hygiene and portability.
Scroll Mask provides customized solution for all face sizes, while also solving issues of hygiene and storage in a mandatory environment for wearing masks.
Automatic scroll feature - Scroll winds up by pressing the upper button of the module when mask is not used.
The filter can be fixed by pressing the upper button of the module, allowing customized filter area according to face size with enhanced wear and fit.
Convenient carry (storage) - Hygienic storage inside pockets when mask is not used.
Strap multi feature - The semi-permanent module straps provides the following features.
Adjustable strap allows customized fit for small faces and wrists, fitting all face sizes.
Rubber-material reduces ear-stress during long-term wear of masks.
When taking masks off, most people place their mask on the table or hang it around their neck.
The skin contact surface of the mask is therefore exposed to germ and virus, and the inside/outside surface of mask may come in contact with food from hands.
The Scroll Mask is suggested for preventing mask filters to outside exposure while maintaining hygienic functions and convenient storage when taking off masks.
__________
process
The product is composed of a mask filter without ear-string parts, and two modules (left/right) with automatic winding function.
The Scroll Mask has been developed to allow connection of the mask filter with two modules.
